After picking you up at your convenient hotel, head to a local market with your knowledgeable local instructor to discover the ingredients and flavors of Guangxi cuisine. Then, prepare a delicious meal with the help of a professional. Savor your creations while learning about local customs and folklore.

First, we’ll take you shopping at a local market in Yangshuo to learn about the ingredients you’ll be using. At the end of the cooking class, you will eat together and informally explore Chinese culture, folklore and customs. We offer two cooking classes each day, one between 9:00am and 9:30am and the other between 15:00pm and 15:30pm, which includes picking you up from your accommodation in the centre or nearby, a guided tour of the market, the class itself and lunch.
