Private Day Tour to Lugu Lake from Lijiang

You will be picked up in the hotel lobby of your Lijiang hotel in early morning. Then you will take 40-min car ride to Lining Sightseeing Platform which is a fantastic place to view the zigzag mountain road and Yangtze River.

Then you will continue driving about 3 hours to Lugu Lake, which is a huge lake with an area of 50 square kilometers located in Sichuan and Yunnan Province. You will head to the Lugu Sightseeing Platform where you can view the picturesque lake and learn the history of the Mosuo Ethnic Group, who have been living here for thousand years and still keep the traditional matriarchal society.

Lige is one of the must-see places in Lugu Lake, where you will view the amazing lake. You will also take local boat to one of the islands to explore.
