Flight from your airport of departure to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Welcome by driver/guide and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2Tashkent

Attractions and activities: The complex of Khasti-i-Imam; The Museum of Applied Art of Tashkent; Independence Square; Amir Timur Square; Trian Museum

After breakfast a full day city tour in Tashkent, the biggest city in Central Asia. You will start by exploring the Old City. Visit the complex of Khasti-i-Imam, where the world-famous Quran, that belonged to Caliph Uthman, has been preserved. The complex consists of Barakh-Khan Madrassah, Tillya Shekh Mosque, Saint Abu Bakir Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum and Islamic institute of Imam al- Bukhari.

In the afternoon continue and visit The Museum of Applied Art of Tashkent, Independence Square, Amir Timur Square and visit Trian Museum, one of the unusual sights of Tashkent.

Lunch& Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3Tashkent –Bukhara

Early breakfast at the hotel. Then transfer to the train station at 6:30. Take the high- speed departing at 07:30 (605 km). Arrival at 11:17. Check-in the hotel upon arrival.

Then start a sightseeing tour in the Old City. You will visit Ark Fortress, BoloKhauz Mosque, Lyabi-Khauz Ensemble, Makogi-Attori Mosque, Chor-Minor Madrasah, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque, MiriArab Madrasah, Ulugbek, and Abdulazizkhan madrasahs.

Day 4Bukhara – Samarkand

Attractions and activities: Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa; Mausoleum of Bkakhouddin Naqshbandi; Chashma Ayub Mausoleums

Breakfast at the hotel. You will explore the highlights of the outskirt of Bukhara. Visit Sitorai

Mokhi-Khosa – the summer residence of Bukhara’s last emir, a unique site combining Oriental and Russian architecture. These continue to the Mausoleum of Bkakhouddin Naqshbandi.

After the excursion return to Bukhara and visit Chashma Ayub Mausoleums.

Transfer from the hotel to the railway station for train Bukhara – Samarkand, departing at 15:52. Arrival Samarkand at 17:25 (270 km). Transfer to the hotel and check-in at the hotel upon arrival.

Day 5Samarkand

Attractions and activities: Guri-Amir Mausoleum; the Registan Square (Sandy Palace); Bibi Khanum Mosque; Shakhi Zinda complex

Breakfast at the hotel. A full day sightseeing tour in Samarkand, the city is included a World Heritage list by UNESCO (2001). You will visit the Guri-Amir Mausoleum – Amir Temur’s burialvault and then explore the Registan Square (Sandy Palace), the Registan is regarded as one of the most beautiful squares in the world. The ensemble of three madrasahs, namely the Ulughbek, Sherdor, and Tilla-Kori madrasahs.

Then you will discover the pearl of Samarkand – Bibi Khanum Mosque and Shakhi Zinda complex, the complex is one of the most mysterious and unique architectural monuments of Uzbekistan.

Day 6Samarkand-Tashkent

Attractions and activities: Koniguil village; Samarkand Museum of Winemaking; Afrasiab Museum; Ulug’bek Observatory; Saint Daniel’s Tomb

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Koniguil village, where has excursion of the workshop of handmade silk paper. In the workshop, you can discover the ancient technology of producing silk paper. After the excursion drive to Khowrenko Winery. Start by browsing through the Samarkand Museum of Winemaking, situated on the winery, to explore some of its history.

Lunch at the local restaurant in Samarkand.

After having lunch, you will start to explore the destinations of Samarkand. Visit excursion to the excavation sites of Afrasiab Museum and next the sightseeing sites are Ulug’bek Observatory and Saint Daniel’s Tomb – five domes adorn the long structure that holds an 18 m long sarcophagus, reputedly holding the remains of the Old Testament prophet Daniel, reserved by Muslims, Jewish and Christians alike – although only Christians regard him as a period.

Transfer to the railway station for Samarkand – Tashkent at 17:00. Departure at 18:00 from Samarkand. Arrival at 20:10 in Tashkent. Upon arrival transfer to the local restaurant for dinner and then check-in at the hotel.

Day 7Tashkent-Kokandrishtan-Fergana

Attractions and activities: Khudoyor-Khan Palace, Juma Mosque, Norbut-Bii Madrassah, Modari Khan Mausoleum

Early breakfast at the hotel and transfer to railways station at 05:40 for train TashkentKokand. Departure at 06:40 Tashkent. Arrival at 11:15 in Kokand. A guide will meet you at the train station. You will explore the highlights of Kokand – the first World Craft City in Central Asia. Visit Khudoyor-Khan Palace, Juma Mosque, Norbut-Bii Madrassah, Modari Khan Mausoleum.

After the excursion drive to Rishtan town (50km from Fergana) that is famous all over the world with its pottery – every third family in Rishtan is potters. You will see a wide range of beautiful dishes that often take place in many international exhibitions, museums,

world, and private collections.

Afterwards, you visit the workshops of famous potter Rustam Usmanov and master of silk carpets waver Bahromjon Gafurov. After the sightseeing tour drive to Fergana and upon arrival check-in the hotel.

Day 8Fergana – Margilan – Tashkent

Attractions and activities: Akhmad Al Fergani Park; Kumtepa Bazaar; Said Akhmad-Khoja Madrasah; Yodgorlik Silk factory

Breakfast at the hotel.

You will visit Akhmad Al Fergani Park. If it is Thursday or Sunday, visit Kumtepa Bazaar, the largest market in Fergana Valley. Continue to Margilan and visit Said Akhmad-Khoja Madrasah. Today, madrasah is home to a number of craftsmen producing handmade carpets and silk. Have a walk on the traditional market and continue to Yodgorlik Silk factory to see the production process of silk with traditional Ikat patterns (closed on Sundays).

Afterwards transfer to the train station at 15:48. Take train Uzbekistan departing at 16:48. Arrive in Tashkent at 21:39. Upon arrival check-in the hotel.
