Today, you will take your own shuttle bus or cab to the airport and catch your flight to Beijing. Upon arrival at the Beijing airport, our English-speaking guide will be waiting for you outside of customs at the Beijing airport, and then your driver will transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is up to you.

This morning visits the world-famous Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Walking north through Tiananmen Square, you will enter the Forbidden City, the first palace constructed in China, one of the five most important palaces in the world, a huge palace complex of more than 9,000 rooms where 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties lived.
At noon, you are free to enjoy your delightful lunch at a local restaurant of your choice. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Heaven, where the ancient emperors worshipped the heavens and prayed for a good harvest and prosperity for the country, this is now a lively place where locals participate in traditional activities such as tai chi, dancing, kite flying, and water calligraphy. In the evening, watch a lively Chinese Kung Fu show at The Red Theatre.

The highlight of the day is to visit the Great Wall at Mutianyu. We have arranged a round car for you. Our guide will show you some place to eat. You can choose some nearby restaurants for lunch as you wish. In the afternoon, on the way back to the city, we drive past the Bird’s Nest (National Olympic Stadium) and stop for photos at a close distance. Afterwards, you will enjoy some free time at the famous Xiushui Market.

On this day, after breakfast, our guide and driver is ready to pick you up at the hotel lobby at the agreed time, after which we will visit The Summer Palace. Then follow your guide to explore the original hutongs by rickshaw. You will have the opportunity to give Chinese paper cutting a try.
Afterwards, you will take the high speed train to Shanghai and check in at your hotel.

This morning, visit the Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Garden and explore its nearby traditional bazaar. At noon, you can choose lunch as your like,after that, we will lead you to explore The former French Concession and then to the thriving Bund area where you will take a one-hour cruise on the Huangpu River. Enjoy some free time on the Bund. Upon return to the hotel, our guide will escort you to the lobby.
