Overview:

You will explore Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Macau in six days. Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen are closely situated in China’s Greater Bay Area, forming the golden triangle cities with western meets eastern culture. It is about 50 kilometers between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, about 60 kilometers between Shenzhen and Macau and approximately 60 kilometers between Macau and Hong Kong. The transportation for the three cities are quite convenient well linked by high speed train or ferry.

Day 1Hong Kong Arrival

Upon arrival in Hong Kong, you can take your own cab or airport shuttle to the hotel we have booked for you. The rest of the day is yours to explore the city on your own. Hong Kong is a cosmopolitan city with easy access to all destinations.

Day 2Hong Kong

Attractions: Victoria Peak, Aberdeen Fishing Village, Stanley Market

Upon arrival in Hong Kong, you can take your own taxi or airport shuttle to the hotel we have booked for you. The rest of the time you can explore the city on your own. Hong Kong is a cosmopolitan city with easy access to all destinations.

This morning, a local guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel or a designated location (such as the airport, train station or MRT station). The magical journey to Hong Kong has begun. First, you’ll experience the fastest and most scenic route to the Victoria Peak, the highest point in Hong Kong, on the island (552 meters) and ride the legendary Peak Tram, which has been in operation for over 100 years and is one of the oldest cable cars in the world. You can walk around, eat and take some gorgeous photos as your wish.

Later, you will head to the Repulse bay of “Hawaii of the East”. This crescent-shaped beach is the most famous beach in Hong Kong, with a long coastline, soft sand, clear water and perfect temperatures here, and is also a gathering place for the city’s wealthiest residents. Enjoy the beautiful sea view and visit the Tin Hau Temple located on the beach. Continue to visit Aberdeen Fishing Village where you can delve into an old traditional fishing village and see rows of old boats, sampans and private yachts. After the tour you will be driven back to your hotel in the city centre. You are free this afternoon and evening.

Day 3Hong Kong - Shenzhen

The rest of the time is your leisure time, close to check-in time, you will board the high-speed train from Hong Kong to Shenzhen! You will be accompanied to Shenzhen by a local guide! The local English speaking guide will greet you in the comfort of your private car and take you to the city centre for check-in at 9 o ‘clock. The rest of the day is up to you.

Day 4ShenZhen

Attractions: Lychee Park, Ping’an Financial Center, Shenzhen Museum, Splendid China Folk

In the morning,escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and head to Lychee Park, where more than 500 lychee trees begin your day. Relax and soak in the harmony and tranquility of the park atmosphere. After that, you’ll see the modern face of Shenzhen: the 600-meter-high skyscraper Ping An Finance Center. It is the tallest building in Shenzhen, the second tallest in China and the fourth tallest in the world. Reach the 116th floor of Free Sky, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Shenzhen, you can also overlook Hong Kong. Then, drive to the Shenzhen Museum to learn more about how Shenzhen went from a fishing village to one of China’s top cities in 40 years

In the afternoon, you will come to Jinjiang Chinese Folk Village to see the vast China and experience the colorful culture of China’s ethnic minorities. In a short period of time, you will be fascinated by China’s deep history, culture, natural beauty, palaces, temples and pagodas. Then, visit the Chinese Folk Culture Village and explore 27 different ethnic villages built on a 1:1 scale to experience the splendid culture, unique folk customs and warm hospitality of each ethnic group.

After the tour, your guide will accompany you to the hotel for a rest.

 

Day 5Shenzhen - Macau

After breakfast, you will head to Shekou Pier in Shenzhen and take a ferry to the Macau Outer Port Ferry Terminal. First, visit the historic view of the ruins of St. Paul’s Cathedral, a Gothic church occupied by the Portuguese in 1562 and once the largest cathedral in Asia. Today, it has a history of 350 years and is a symbol of Macau’s World Cultural Heritage.

Then, walk about 10 minutes to visit the Senado Square (Largo do Senado), appreciate the centuries-old Portuguese architecture style, with a strong southern European flavor, feel the daily lifestyle of Macao people, and then visit the 400-year-old A-Ma Temple, To appreciate the architecture with ancient Chinese characteristics and the local Mazu belief culture, and be moved by the sincere worship of the people of Macao and mainland China for her. Next, you will come to Portas do Cerco to learn about the history of the frontier, the war between the Qing Dynasty and the Kingdom of Portugal in the 1840s, and its impact on the people of Macau and mainland China today.

After the tour, you will be transferred to the Macau Hotel for a rest.

Day 6Macau - Hong Kong - Departure

This morning, you can freely explore Macau until you are transferred to the ferry pier, boarding the ferry directly to Hong Kong International Airport, and heading to your next destination.
