Day 1Chengdu Arrival

Welcome to Chengdu! After retriving your luggage, you’ll find your local guide waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall holding a welcome sign with your name on it. After a warm greeting, our guide will take you to the hotel in a comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle, and your guide will assist you with check-in.

Day 2Chengdu

Attractions: Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Wenshu Temple, Renmin Park, Jinli Old Street

This morning you will make a stirring visit to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding which is not only the most important panda scientific research center, but also dwelling home to more than 100 Giant Pandas. Don’t miss the chance to visit the most adorable panda cubs in the panda kindergartens. You will be taken to a hidden spiritual Buddhist temple in the bustling downtown of Chengdu – Wenshu Temple. Chengdu is famous for its relaxing and leisure pace throughout China, which will be proved after a stay in Renmin Park. Next is an impressive trip to the famous Jinli Old Street.

Day 3Chengdu-Shanghai

Attractions: Dufu Thatched Cottage, Jinsha Site Museum

Take a visit to Dufu Thatched Cottage which is a museum and park in honor of Dufu (712-770AD), who was the greatest realist poet and has been famed as the Sage of Poetry.

Next, you will take a meaningful visit to Jinsha Site Museum. Constructed on the Jinsha ruin site which reveals the unique bronze civilization of the mysterious ancient Shu Kingdom (approximately 2900 – 3200 years ago), Jinsha Site Museum conserves the original expansive site for sacrifice as well as numerous ivory tusks and gold artifacts, including the symbol of China Culture Heritage – the Gold Sun and Immortal Bird.

Day 4Shanghai

Attractions: Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden, Shanghai World Financial Center, Nanjing Road, the Bund

You will visit Shanghai Museum, one of the Four Best Museums in China. Then, transfer to Shanghai old town to visit Yu Garden (Yuyuan), a famous Southern China classical garden which was originally built about 450 years ago. Next, visit the Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC), “the Eye of Shanghai”, one of the most incredible skyscrapers in Lujiazui. Later, get to Nanjing Road, Shanghai’s earliest commercial street and one of the most popular current landmarks. Continue your walk to the Bund, the No. 1 attraction in Shanghai.

Day 5Shanghai-Departure

Attractions: Zhujiajiao Water Town

In the morning, we will drive to visit the famous Zhujiajiao Water Town with boat trip, which is the nearest ancient water town around Shanghai, with a history of more than 1,700 years. Then service ends!
