Welcome to Shanghai! After retrieving your luggage.Our guide will wait at the airport, holding a sign with your name on it. After a warm greeting, you will be taken to the hotel we have booked for you, which have prefect infrastructure.The rest of the day is at your disposal, you can take a warm rest or explore this city on your own.

After breakfast, we will pick you up at your hotel lobby at the specified time. Today, the first stop is to visit Shanghai Museum, the fourth largest museum in China. Enter the “Heaven and Earth” and admire more than 120,000 precious Chinese historical and artistic relics.

Afterwards, we will take you to Yuyuan Garden, one of the more characteristic of all the ancient Chinese gardens in Jiangnan. Adjacent to the garden is the Yuyuan Bazaar, where you can taste delicious local snacks and explore exquisite traditional Chinese handicrafts and artworks.

Next,you will have a tour of the Shanghai World Financial Center – the most charming landmark of Shanghai. And then, go for shopping in Nanjing Road – the earliest commercial street in Shanghai, and have a leisure walk along the Bund – known as a group of building famous as “a Gallery of world architecture”.

After breakfast, an hour’s drive will take you away from the city’s hustle and bustle and you’ll visit Zhujiajiao Water Town which is known as the “Venice of Shanghai”.

In the afternoon, drive back to Shanghai to catch your flight to Zhangjiajie. Upon your arrival, your private tour guide and driver will pick you up at Zhangjiajie Airport, and transfer you to check in your hotel in downtown.

Today, our tour guide and driver will welcome you and start your exciting journey to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. You will first take a cable car to Huangshi Village and enjoy the wide forest park on the mountaintop. It enjoys a flat and spacious visual environment and is the largest natural viewing platform to date. Take the cable car down.

Later, change your perspective and explore the famous Golden Whip Stream deep in the valley. This 7.5 kilometer long stream is one of the most beautiful places in the entire forest park area.

Afterwards, take a sightseeing bus to leave the park and head to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, which takes about 40 minutes by car. Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge is the longest and tallest glass bottom bridge in the world to date, with a total length of 430 meters and a height of 400 meters above the deep valley.

On this day, visit Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot to learn more about the wonderful contents. Firstly, take the sightseeing bus to experience the Bailong Elevator, which is the fastest elevator in the world and also the highest outdoor elevator. Then, hike through multiple erupting water columns in the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, opening up the mysterious “Pandora World”.

Appreciate the approximately 150 meter high Southern Heavenly Pillar, which is the true prototype that inspired the “Avatar Hallelujah Mountains”; Enjoy the best scenery at the Enchanting Terrace, with dozens to hundreds of beautiful stone peaks, similar to many nutritious bamboo shoots rising from the ground; In addition, please take a closer look at the unique World First Bridge, which is naturally built on a stone platform only 5 meters long, connecting two peaks together, forming a rare world wonder.
Then, take a sightseeing bus to visit Tianzi Mountain. I took the most attractive photos of the four wonders of Mount Tianzi there, including mist, moonlight, sunlight, and winter snow. Then take a sightseeing bus to leave Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot Park.

Today you will visit three amazing villages.
Matang Gejia Village is famous for its exquisite batik and embroidery techniques, which are listed as provincial-level intangible cultural heritage. The architecture and customs there are also very primitive.
Datang Miao Village is also known locally as Xinqiao Village. This tradition has been ongoing for over 600 years. The Miao people in short skirts built granaries on the water surface to prevent mice, mosquitoes, and fires, which is another highlight of the village.

Upper Langde Miao Village, named China Folk Art Village, is a very primitive local Miao village that still maintains the ancient way of life of the Miao people. Women here usually wear long skirts. Shanglangde Miao Village is famous for its hospitality.

After visiting Upper Langde Miao Village, drive about 25 kilometers to Xijiang Miao Village for accommodation.

This morning, you will be escorted to take a high speed train from Kunming to Lijiang.
After a short rest, you’ll start the memorable Lijiang tour from Lijiang Ancient Town. Pay a visit to Ming-dynasty style Mufu Palace, the “Forbidden City” of Lijiang to know Tusi’s ruling history and appreciate Naxi people’s brilliant culture and fine arts. Then, wander through the old alleys, old bridges, featured shops and bars to Sifang Street Square, a mingling ground to enjoy lively atmosphere and unwind yourself.

Today, you will go to Yuhu Village at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain. Then go to the Former Residence of Joseph Rock.

Afterwards, go to Baisha Village to admire the Baisha murals. Then, go to Shuhe Ancient Town, which is one of the earliest settlements of the Naxi ethnic group and a well preserved stop on the Tea Horse Road.

After that, you will be transferred to the Dongba Culture Museum, where over 10000 Dongba cultural relics showcased the mysterious Naxi Dongba culture. Stroll to Black Dragon Pool Park and enjoy the magnificent scenery and peaceful environment.

Today, first drive about 52 kilometers from Lijiang to enjoy The First Bend of the Yangtze River. Subsequently, you will be transferred to one of the deepest and most spectacular river canyons in the world – Tiger Leaping Gorge. You will visit the most mature part – Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge.

After the hiking trip, you will take a car to Shangri La. Upon arrival, stay at the hotel and visit Dukezong Old Town to explore this earthly paradise. Climbing to the top of Guishan Hill offers a panoramic view of the endless snow capped mountains surrounding the pure land.

In the morning, you will drive about 5 kilometers to Songzanlin Monastery, known as the “Little Potala Palace”. The temple was established by the Fifth Dalai Lama in 1679.

Afterwards, drive about 27 kilometers to reach Pudacuo National Park. This 1300 square kilometer national park is the first in China to meet the standards of the International Union for Conservation of Nature. Clockwise tour the scenic spot, immerse yourself in the lush green forest, where there are various animals and plants.

Walk along the plank path and enjoy the magnificent scenery of Shudu Lake. Bita Lake is the highest elevation lake in Yunnan and is known as the “Pearl of the Plateau”.

This morning, please escort you to the airport for a flight to Kunming, the Spring City of China.

After the break, you will start to visit Western Hills, which is called “Sleeping Beauty Hills”, looking like a beautiful young lady lying in the largest freshwater lake in Yunnan, known as “the pearl on the plateau”.

Afterwards, transfer to the most picturesque park in Kunming city – Green Lake Park. Here, you can share the joy of local people practicing Tai Chi, performing local operas, and other vibrant activities.

After breakfast, drive 85 kilometers to the typical karst landform – Stone Forest. You feel like you’ve entered a ‘stone world’. Afterwards, drive for about 40 minutes to visit Nuohei Village, a typical Yi village with a history of over 600 years in Shilin County, known as the “most famous karst stone village”. After the tour, drive back to Kunming and be escorted to the airport or train station by plane/train to the next destination.
