Meet your personal guide at Congjiang Station. Go to Zhaoxing Dong Village (about 10 minutes).
Explore the beautiful Zhaoxing Village in the afternoon. Your guide will walk with you, explaining the style of the Dong wooden buildings, local customs and Dong way of life. Taste a popular local snack: oil tea and sticky rice with roast pork.
The dance and song show of the Dong people is very enjoyable.

Drive to Huanggang Dong Village in the morning. On the way, you will stop to walk around the fields. Enjoy a magnificent view of the rice fields and villages on the slopes of the mountain.
Discover the peaceful villages of Huanggang and Zhanli, where you’ll learn about authentic Dong culture. People there still live their traditional life, which has not been affected by tourism and trade. The drum towers of Zhanli Village are more colorful than those of the most popular places. Let your guide tell the story of a mysterious local herbal medicine to control the sex of babies.
Visit Basha Miao Village in the afternoon. Enjoy their traditional dance and ceremony with weapons. Enjoy a traditional dinner at Zhaoxing Village. Experience the delicious food of the Dong ethnic minority and its drinking habits.
