Day 1Hong Kong Arrival

Welcome to Hong Kong! Our local guide is ready to pick you up at the arrival hall of the airport and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to make your own arrangements.

Day 2Hong Kong

Attractions: Victoria Peak, Repulse Bay

This morning, a local guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel or at a specific location (e.g. airport, train station or metro station). Your amazing tour of Hong Kong has begun. First, you’ll experience the fastest and most scenic way up Mount Victoria, the highest point on Hong Kong Island (552 meters), on the legendary Peak tram, which has been operating for more than 130 years as one of the oldest cable cars in the world. If desired, you can take a walk and take some wonderful photos.

You’ll later head to Repulse Bay, “Hawaii of the East.” This crescent-shaped beach is Hong Kong’s most famous beach, with a long coastline, soft sand, clear water, and perfect temperature, and home to some of the city’s wealthiest residents. Enjoy beautiful sea views and visit Tin Hau Temple, located on the beach. Continue to visit the fishing village of Aberdeen, where you will get an idea of an old traditional fishing village and see rows of old boats, sampans and private yachts.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in the city center. This afternoon and evening is at your own charge.

Day 3Hong Kong - Guangzhou

Attractions: Yuexiu Park, Zhenhai Building, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Nanyue King’s Tomb

This morning, you will be transferred to Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station for the High Speed Rail, Heading to Guangzhou, where you will need to check your documents for the journey. Our guide will be waiting for you at the exit of the High Speed Rail and will escort you in a comfortable coach to your hotel for check-in. After that your Guangzhou tour will begin. Start exploring the old and new Guangzhou city from Yuexiu Park,Guangzhou’s largest city park . Wandering through the lush green park, you will see the Five Sheep Statue. Then, continue to admire the five-storey high red ancient building, Zhenhai Building, which has been converted into the Guangzhou Museum.

You can also climb the tower for a bird’s eye view of the panoramic view of Guangzhou city as your wish. After that, move to the nearby Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. From the outside, you can admire the main octagonal building in a combination of Chinese and Western styles, in bright red and blue. Enter the museum and go through a fascinating exhibition of Dr. Sun’s biography and contributions to the country and its people. Afterwards, visit the Nanyue King’s Tomb Museum, which was built on the site of the actual tomb of Zhao Mo, the second king of the Western Han Dynasty, 2,000 years ago. The tomb is the largest and best-preserved painted stone chamber ever found in the Lingnan region of southern China. After we finish, we will head to the city’s central axis of the Pearl River New City to view Guangzhou’s modern cityscape from the Flower City Square. Most importantly, admire the slender silhouette of the iconic Guangzhou Tower across the Pearl River. At the end of the tour, our guide will accompany you back to the hotel.

Day 4Guangzhou - Macau

Attractions: Six Banyan Temple, Chen Buddhism, Sha Mian Island

After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. First, visit the not-to-be-missed Chen Ancestral Hall, which is considered as the largest, most beautifully decorated and best-preserved traditional ancestral hall in Guangdong Province.

Then, a short visit to the Six Banyan Temple. The temple has a history of 1500 years and is one of the birthplaces of Chinese Chen Buddhism, where you can have a brief understanding of Chinese Buddhism. After that, take about 10 minutes by car to see the distinctive Sha Mian Island, which has more than 150 well-preserved old buildings of European style from the 19th century colonial period. Afterwards, take a break and you are free to choose a local Cantonese restaurant to enjoy your lunch.

Day 5Macau

Attractions: Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul’s, A-Ma Temple, Guia Gate

Macau is a former Portuguese colony dating back to 1670. Today, Macau is known for its numerous casinos, fine restaurants and cuisine, and historic architecture. After breakfast, you will first visit the ruins of the historic St. Paul’s Cathedral, a Gothic church built by the Portuguese in 1562 and once the largest cathedral in Asia.

Then, It takes you about 10 minutes walk to Plaza Senado to enjoy the many old Portuguese buildings, the strong Southern European flavor, and the daily lifestyle of Macanese people walking and operating in these alleys. Then go to the Mazu Temple with a history of 400 years, appreciate the local culture of traditional Chinese ancient architecture and Mazu belief, and feel the devout worship of the people of Macao and mainland China.

After that, you will be accompanied by a guide to Guiyamen. After the tour, transfer to Macau Hotel.
